Maucere Law Group Files Commercial Vehicle Lawsuit Against Airport Shuttle Bus for serious injuries to passengers

Atlanta, GA. Attorney Scott Maucere has filed a lawsuit alleging negligence against Peachy Airport Parking for an accident involving two of Maucere Law Group’s clients in Clayton County, Georgia while riding in the parking company’s shuttle bus.

The lawsuit stems from allegations involving an accident between the Peachy Airport Parking bus and Gradney Webster, Jr., a well known rapper who goes by the name “Webbie.” Mr. Webster, along with two other parties, have also been named in the suit as defendants. The plaintiffs (whose names are being withheld for privacy reasons in keeping with Maucere Law Group Policy) were injured while riding in the bus from parking at the airport and traveling to the terminal for a vacation flight.

The lawsuit alleges that the bus is a “common carrier” and owed a high duty of care to protect its passengers, and shared fault for the accident. The two plaintiffs received serious and permanent injuries as a result of the accident.

“Commercial vehicles, including buses, have a duty of care to protect the people they give rides to,” says Mr. Maucere, a licensed Georgia attorney. “My clients were injured as a result of this accident, and are entitled to be compensated for the serious injuries they have endured. Protecting passengers and the public is my highest priority.”

The lawsuit is filed in Clayton County Superior Court, civil action file no. 2026CV00329
