We care most of all for Justice. With a capital J. Truth, fair play. The rule of law. We believe that Justice applies to all persons and companies equally. No matter who has the most money or the best resources. Blind Justice. All-American Justice. 

That’s why our founder, trial lawyer Scott Maucere, started Maucere Law Group and All-American Justice. His philosophy is simple and distinctly American-he believes very strongly in personal freedom and responsibility - but when you hurt someone through your negligence or worse, you should be held responsible and you should pay to make things right.
