The Maucere Law Group is a personal injury and trial law firm serving clients throughout Georgia and Tennessee. Our firm is headquartered in Chattanooga, TN, conveniently located between the two states.  We also accept select clients in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and trucking accidents nationally through partnerships with local counsel in those states. 

We were founded on simple American Values: hard work, personal responsibility, standing up for what’s right. Telling the truth. 

We also believe in fighting. Fighting hard. Even when the odds are against you. Even when you might lose. The same Fighting Spirit our Founding Fathers had 250 years ago. 

We stand up for ordinary Americans that have been hurt and taken advantage of by those who refuse to take responsibility for their actions, even when it’s large corporations or insurance companies. We are unafraid to hold the most powerful players accountable when they injure ordinary Americans.
