*No Fee Unless You Win, terms and limitations. “No fee unless you win” or “There is never a fee unless you win” and similar phrases means that Maucere Law Group LLC (“MLG”) performs legal services on behalf of clients on a contingency fee basis (‘Fee”), calculated as a percentage of all gross recovered proceeds from your case. The Fee is earned upon performance of the services and due upon recovery, and MLG retains an attorneys’ lien on all proceeds from the case.
